We are a 2-minute walk from Terreiro do Paço (or Praça do Comércio) - the square overlooking the river, with the Cais das Colunas on one side and the Arco da Rua Augusta on the other, where you will find plenty of cafes and restaurants. Also close by is Casa dos Bicos (José Saramago Foundation), and the Lisbon 'Sé', or Cathedral. Still on foot, we can get to Chiado in just 7 minutes.
